Václav Geletič was a board member at HALALI Insurance and one of those people who believe insurance does not have to be boring, overcomplicated, or written in a language no normal human would ever use. He is responsible for products, operations and claims, actuarial, legal, and data protection, with more than 10 years of experience in insurance product management and transformation. His background combines non-life insurance, digitalization, telematics, data, and ecosystem thinking. Before joining HALALI, he led non-life product management at Kooperativa, the largest insurer in the Czech market. Before insurance, he spent 10 years in education, which probably explains his love for clarity, good questions, and healthy skepticism toward corporate nonsense. He regularly speaks at international conferences on innovation, product strategy, and building insurance that customers can actually understand and value.
