Beáta Petrušová is a senior executive, board member and transformation leader with extensive experience across the insurance industry in Central and Eastern Europe.
Throughout her career, she has held finance, governance and business transformation initiatives in Generali, QBE insurance and other financial institutions. Helping organizations turn data, technology and AI into measurable business outcome.
As Senior CFO Advisor at Generali CEE Holding she supports strategic finance initiatives across the region.
Beyond her executive roles, Beáta serves as Chairwomen and Member of several Supervisory Boards and Audit committees within the Generali Group.
She is passionate about developing future leaders, mentoring women in business and promoting people centered approach to transformation and AI.
In 2025 she was recognized as Manager of the year in CFO category in the Czech Republic for her contribution to business transformation and innovation.
