Alexander Paál is the CEO of SOFTEC in the Czech Republic. With SOFTEC’s strong footprint in the insurance sector, Alexander drives strategic initiatives that help insurers modernize their operating models and strengthen digital competitiveness. Under his leadership, SOFTEC recently conducted and published a comprehensive study on digital transformation trends in the Czech insurance market. Alexander began his international career at Accenture, contributing to major transformation programs for leading financial institutions. He later played a key role in building PwC’s technology consulting division, which has grown to more than 150 specialists. Combining deep industry expertise with a passion for technology-powered change, Alexander brings a practical perspective on the future of digital insurance. Outside of work, he is an avid folk dancer and instructor.
